Superior went from 5 employees to 40 in 2005 and will double again in size this year! We currently have full-time positions available in our Customer Service Department.

As a Customer Service Representative in San Diego , you will:
. Communicate with customers by phone, e-mail, or fax
. Average a two business day response time for client inquiries
. Help clients with e-mail, website, and general questions
. Track daily performance
. Show up on time and have a positive attitude daily
Qualifications / Experience:
. No experience is necessary for this position
. Complete training will be provided
. Basic computer skill required
. Familiarity with various email program's set-up and troubleshooting, a
plus but not required
. Must have strong phone, organization and interpersonal skills
