Marketing Consultant or Sales Account Executive

Superior went from 5 employees to 40 in 2005 and will double again in size this year! 2 years inside sales background preferred. Complete sales training provided, right attitude required!
Potential earnings: $60k - $150k (includes minimum guarantee or sales commissions, whichever is higher each month):
. 80% commission on first two deals monthly
. Monthly bonuses
. Quarterly bonuses
. Annual residual income bonus

. Medical, dental, and vision after 90 days
As an Inside Sales Representative in San Diego, you will:
. Complete a world class sales training program
. Prospect sales over the phone, prepare proposals, and close new business
. Be taught how to prospect, qualify, and close new web site sales and internet marketing plans, including search engine placement, banner campaigns, contextual marketing, direct mail, live transfers, and much more
. Build a base of clients through cold calling, email marketing, search engine leads, in bound leads, and warm sales referrals.
. Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications / Experience:
. 2 years inside sales experience preferred, complete training provided
. Positive mental attitude
. Desire to rise and fulfill new roles as created to accommodate rapid growth during the expansion in San Diego
. Action oriented, works with passion, team player, loves sales
. Overwhelming desire to be involved in creating the ultimate internet marketing company
