It has been over three years since Superior introduced itself to the mortgage industry as "the Mortgage Marketing Specialists". Since then we have brought over 1500 clients on board and continue to increase our partnerships everyday. Some of our partnerships include but aren't limited to Ambassadors with Yahoo, the Google professionals program, AOL, Verizon, SBC, Yellowpages.com and N.A.M.B. (The National Association of Mortgage Brokers).
We understand the importance of hard work, goals, and motivation for our employees, which is why no employee gets over-looked and every individual knows they are appreciated. We are consistently engaging in team building events to strengthen our relationships inside and outside of the office.
From 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM you will find us in the office working with clients, throwing footballs, signing up new accounts, blasting Aerosmith, prospecting, and much more. It isn't just our high-intensity work atmosphere and energetic extroverted employees that attracts new recruits to Superior, rather what happens after we all leave the office. At Superior it isn't uncommon to end a week with a company happy hour, spend a Saturday at the Temecula wineries, hear your co-workers sing off-tune at the local happy hour, gather around the poker table after a crazy Thursday, or toast St. Patrick's Day with some green beer.
